AstroCheer
Ready to jump, cheer, and shine? Our AstroCheer program introduces young athletes to the exciting world of cheerleading! These classes emphasize fun, fundamentals, and friendship while teaching cheers, motions, jumps, and beginner stunts and tumbling. Athletes will also learn a routine, giving them a taste of what it's like to compete/perform as a team. The session will wrap up with a special performance so athletes can showcase everything they've learned. This is perfect for first-time pp, anyone looking to try cheerleading or those looking to keep their skills sharp. This program builds confidence, athletic ability, and a love for movement in an encouraging, high-energy environment.

AstroFlipz
This skills progression-based tumbling class is designed to teach young athletes the fundamentals of floor tumbling specifically for cheerleading. Athletes will learn proper technique, body control, and strength development while progressing safely through the skills of their classes, such as rolls, handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, walkover, and beginner flips (back handspring, tucks, and more). Each class will include stations focused on strengthening the muscles needed for more advanced tumbling in the future, helping athletes build power, flexibility, and confidence.

This class is perfect for beginners, those looking for off-season tumbling support, or to sharpen their tumbling skills. This class emphasized safe, structured progression while keeping learning fun and engaging.
