We’re so excited for the launch of our FIRST Competition pre-team with Astros; in effort to prepare for the Spring 2027 season. This pre-team is for athletes going into 3-6th grade for the 26-27 school year!
We know we can make a very talented and dedicated first team with athletes between the ages of 8-11 years old. If you fall in that age group and are interested in a competitive Cheer for Spring 2027, please sign up for our pre-team practices now!

for Ages 8–11, incoming 3rd–6th grade
We’re gathering the most excited, driven cheerleaders in the Dekalb / Sycamore area; who are interested in our Spring 2027 Competition Team!

We know many of our Cheerleaders do other sports like dance or fall Cheer and we want to make it easy to do more both. Our "season" will start with tryouts in December and 2-3 days per week practices Jan-March, with the competitions happening in March.
*DYB dancers, we are doing our best to make it possible to do both, please join if interested.
Until then we want to offer optional, but highly recommended options to our interested cheerleaders to progress and stay in shape.
✨ Monthly / Bi-monthly practices or team bonding.
✨ Tryouts in December + competitions through March.
✨ Tumbling / Cheer opps to build skills, confidence & cheer experience.
